At Capelli, we currently have 3 different levels of stylist on our Pricing Structure. All of our levels are highly skilled for the level each stylist is at. Our Pricing structure reflects experience, skill, technique, where our stylists are in their career & education, along with our salon running costs. As much as we love providing our services please be mindful that we do have to charge accordingly.

How it Works
Here is a brief on how our Stylist Levels work at Capelli:
- Salon Owner / Director
The driving force behind the business, orchestrating every aspect of the company, from setting the scene to behind the scene – Specialist in cutting technique with a deeper level of knowledge & training. - Stylist: 4-6 years
4-6 years Fully Fledged NVQ3. High technical skill with an eye for creativity, continuously developing, upskilling & problem solving. Working towards becoming a Senior Stylist - Graduate – 3-4 years
Recently gained NVQ 2 working towards Level 3. While technically very good & conscientious a graduate will need support troubleshooting more difficult Cutting & Colouring techniques along with more difficult hair types . Working towards becoming a Creative Stylist

All pre-booked appointments at Capelli require a 50% upfront booking fee.
We understand occasionally guests need to change or cancel appointments,
- Up to 72 hours prior will be fully refunded.
- Up to 48 hours prior will be carried over to another suitable date.
- Under 48 hours is none refundable
If you think there’s a chance you may have to last minute cancel or just not show up so would rather not pay a booking fee. That’s no problem at all. We simply ask guests to take pot luck with booking on the day as there is no booking fee required for on the day bookings.
